HOW Do i prepare for my session?
Please be hydrated before, during and after your sauna session.
Please bring your own water bottle and two towels, however all can be provided for you if that is your preference.
Please wear clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable. Your body will get hot and sweaty during the session and you will continue to sweat after the session as your body continues to cool down.
Please do not wear a makeup or any body moisturisers, oils and fragrances as they will inhibit sweating. Allow your skin
to breath and receive the full benefits of the infrared heat.
