Naturopath & QHHT Practitioner in Sydney, Cammeray

My commitment to you is to create a safe, confidential space to connect, deepen awareness and experience inner transformation.
Hello, I'm Michelle.
Michelle Pearce, naturopath and QHHT practitioner in Sydney, Cammeray
I am a naturopath in Cammeray on Sydney's Lower North Shore. My clinical work began in naturopathy, and after more than seventeen years in private practice I still find the same thing to be true: symptoms rarely tell the whole story. I see people who come from across Sydney and from regional New South Wales, and I also facilitate Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique sessions here.
Within you are all the answers.
Unlimited reserves of energy, creativity and happiness are already yours. My work is simply to help you find your way back to them.

Beginning with you

Choosing someone to support you through a personal process is an important decision. You may arrive with a clear sense of what you would like to address, or simply with a feeling that something in your health, your life or within yourself needs attention. You do not need to have everything worked out before you begin.
Our starting point is a conversation. I take time to understand what has brought you here, what matters most to you and what you hope may become clearer. Your questions, concerns and experiences all have a place, helping us recognise where your attention may be most usefully directed.
Feeling at ease with the person you choose matters. My aim is to offer a space where you can speak openly, ask questions and feel heard without judgement or expectation. Whatever brings you here, we begin with where you are now and with what feels important to you.

The principles that guide my naturopathic work

For me, a holistic approach means recognising that physical wellbeing does not exist in isolation. The body is shaped by many influences, including lifestyle, physiology, emotional experience, relationships, beliefs and the circumstances of a person's life. Rather than reducing a concern to one part alone, I consider the wider picture and the connections within it.
Individuality matters just as much. No two people arrive with the same history, circumstances, needs or way of moving through the world. There is no predetermined formula or fixed direction. The path we take is shaped by you, your priorities and what feels most relevant at this point in your life.
My background in naturopathy, nutrition and herbal medicine taught me to look for connections between symptoms, lifestyle and physiology. Over time, this perspective expanded into mind-body therapies, hypnosis, consciousness exploration and bioenergetics, deepening my interest in the relationship between the body, the mind and our inner experience.
Meaningful change cannot be prescribed or imposed from the outside. Often, clarity begins to emerge when there is enough time, space and thoughtful guidance to see a situation differently, recognise what may have been overlooked, or reconnect with something already known at a deeper level.
Whatever brings you here, you will be met with respect for the complexity of your experience and a considered approach to what matters most. From there, we can explore what may be shaping the present, bring greater clarity to what has felt difficult or unresolved, and find a way forward that feels meaningful and distinctly your own.

An evolving perspective

My approach has continued to evolve through many years of clinical experience, independent study and an enduring interest in the relationship between the body, mind, emotions and consciousness.
My perspective has been informed by Dr Peter Levine's work on trauma and the nervous system; Dr Gabor Maté's exploration of early experience, emotional patterns and authenticity; Byron Katie's approach to self-inquiry and questioning deeply held beliefs; and Michael A. Singer's exploration of consciousness, inner freedom and our relationship with thoughts and emotions.
These perspectives have enriched my formal training in naturopathic medicine and my specialist training in Past Life Regression with Dr Brian Weiss and QHHT with Dolores Cannon. Together, they have shaped an integrative approach that looks beyond what is happening on the surface to understand the deeper physical, emotional and inner patterns that may influence a person's experience.
I am also the founder of Vitality Hub, which teaches self-healing techniques. You can learn more about what to expect from a naturopathic consultation.

My qualifications

Hypnosis I learned directly from Dolores Cannon, who developed QHHT, and past life regression from Dr Brian Weiss. The naturopathic side spans botanical medicine, nutrition and bodywork. There is also an earlier degree in law, which still shapes how carefully I listen and how precisely I ask questions.
  • Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Therapist, trained by Dolores Cannon
