Michelle Pearce is one of the most experienced QHHT practitioners in Australia. She trained with a pioneer in the field of past-life regression, hypnotherapist and psychic researcher Dolores Cannon in person and has been facilitating Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique sessions since 2011.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
A QHHT session is an extended, deeply immersive experience. Please allow between five and six hours, sometimes a little longer. Time tends to pass more gently than you might expect.

There is nothing you need to do but arrive and allow yourself to relax. Your body will rest deeply throughout, though you will not be asleep. In fact, your mind will be in a state of heightened awareness, more present and receptive than in ordinary waking life.

You are always in complete control. You determine your own level of involvement at every stage. You can open your eyes, speak, or pause the session at any time.

Your session unfolds in three natural stages. We begin with an open, spacious conversation, your pre-talk, where we explore what you are carrying and what you are hoping to understand.

From there, guided visualisation, conscious breathwork, and focused relaxation ease you
into a deep hypnotic state, where communication with your subconscious mind
and Higher Self becomes possible.


In the final stage, we return together to gently integrate and make sense of everything
that has emerged. This is often the most grounding part of the QHHT experience,
a moment to sit with what has surfaced, find meaning in it, and begin to understand
how it speaks to your present life and the path ahead.


Your session will be audio recorded and shared with you afterwards. The insights that surface during QHHT often continue to reveal themselves in the days and weeks that follow, and having the recording to return to is an integral part of your healing and growth.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Come with a sense of what you are hoping to explore. A list of questions can be a wonderful companion for your session. These might be questions about your health and physical wellbeing, your relationships and the dynamics within them, your work and sense of purpose, or the broader arc of your life's path. They might also be the quieter, harder to articulate questions, the ones that surface in still moments and resist easy answers.

There are no wrong questions here. The only guide is what feels most alive, most urgent, and most true for you right now. Trust that.

The evening before and the morning of your session, please avoid alcohol and limit caffeine and other stimulating substances.

Wear something loose and comfortable.

Eat well beforehand, but keep it light.

Your session is confidential. The hypnotherapy portion will be audio recorded for your personal use only and delivered to you via Dropbox shortly after your visit. Returning to the recording is an integral part of the process, the insights that emerge during QHHT often carry layers of meaning that reveal themselves more fully with each listen.
