Cancellations & Rescheduling
Unexpected events are a fact of life.
If you need to change your appointment, please let Michelle know at least 48 hours beforehand so the time can be offered to someone else.
How to make a change
Use the reschedule or cancel link in your Calendly confirmation email, or call or text Michelle directly.
Less than 48 hours' notice
Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, and missed appointments, incur the full session fee.
Arriving late
Your appointment will still end at its scheduled time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, it will need to be rescheduled and the full session fee will apply.
Genuine emergencies
If something serious and unexpected happens, please get in touch. Michelle will always consider these with care.
