CANCELLATION POLICY

​Unexpected events are a fact of life. 
Please be courteous and reschedule or cancel
if you are unable to attend your appointment up to 24 hours prior. Please note that if you miss your appointment 
or reschedule in less than 24 hours
before the appointment, 
the full consultation fee will be charged. 

Please note that arriving late to your appointment may result
in a shorter appointment so as to not penalise the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked
to reschedule their appointment,
and will be charged a cancellation fee.
